To get the photos taken at a French Quarter house for the Rolling Stone article, we had to “sneak” Jim and his fellow Bears out of the team hotel (through the kitchen) to get them out past curfew. His pals (the two huge linemen, Keith Van Horne and Kurt Becker, pictured in the article) and Jim were all squeezed into my crap Avis rent-a-car.
